Homemade Fudgesicles

I sweetened these homemade fudgesicles with honey, but maple syrup or stevia would work well too. 

Paleo, Vegetarian, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free

Makes 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 14oz can full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and process until well combined.
  2. Add the mixture to popsicle moulds and freeze.
  3. My mixture made 5 popsicles for my molds.
  4. Freeze until solid.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
