hours at the not-for-profit student clinic treating the community of Hamilton, ON.

I am passionate about helping people get back to living pain free. Osteopathy is known to help the body return to a state where it can self-heal and self-regulate itself.
If there is pain on the outside, there is most likely pain
on the inside. My job is to find the restrictions within your body and remove them to restore proper body mechanics, nerve impulse and circulation. This results in a pain free life!
I love being able to help and educate others about bodies and inspire them to live ahealthy and active lifestyle. Osteopathy can be helpful for anyone who is suffering from an acute joint pain, visceral dysfunction, headaches, digestive concerns, poor posture and mobility, or
those who are looking for overall preventative care.
I was born and raised in Ottawa and have always had an interest for the anatomy and mechanics of the human body. I remember being a young girl and knowing that I belonged in a profession that allowed me to help others live a healthy life.
After working in the field of kinesiology, I was eager to learn even more about the human body, which is when I discovered Osteopathy.
When I am not working with patients, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, reading, spending time with my family and hanging out with my dog, Mack.
