Tracy is a Therapist with a general practice treating adult individuals for a variety of mental health concerns. She has a special interest in women’s mental health. She first discovered that she was meant to be a helping professional when taking an aptitude test in high school, but didn’t listen to the calling until many years later. This is Tracy’s second career. Her life and professional experience allows her to support her clients with empathy. She obtained her clinical experience at the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre at Saint Paul University in Ottawa, providing individual & group therapy. This helped her discover her identity as a professional and develop the skills required to make lasting changes for those she helps.
