I am known for helping people come home to themselves. I journey with folks who are on a spiritual path towards greater coherence with themselves and their purpose in life. If you sense that your mental, emotional and/or physical dis-eases are connected in some way to you not fully expressing who you are in this world, then I want to work with you!

I treat most conditions: digestive, hormonal, skin, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, fertility, weight management, autoimmune, diabetes and heart disease, however I do this from an approach not based on treating symptoms but addressing the underlying causes and supporting you to heal from within.

Laura is a general practitioner with areas of special interest that include:

My Passion

I have two fundamental beliefs:

I believe we are all here for a reason and we each have a unique gift and teaching to bring to this world. When we are knocked off our soul’s path (often as a result of mental, emotional, physical, environmental or social trauma), imbalance and dis-ease can set in.

I believe healing comes from within and your soul already knows how to return to itself; sometimes it just needs some support. My role is to provide you with the experiences and medicinal support to mobilize your healing from within.

After completing an undergraduate degree in Biology, I pursued a masters in Holistic Science where I was immersed in traditional and Indigenous knowledge systems, complexity science, and the practice of intuition, spirit-dialogue and art-making as guides for scientific inquiry.

I was called to put this knowledge into practice as a holistic medical practitioner who honored the wholeness and sacredness of healing, the power of plants and creativity in healing, and the recognition of one's innate resources to heal themselves. This led me to the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where I completed a 4 year degree to become a naturopathic doctor.
