My role as your naturopathic doctor is to help, listen and decipher what your body is saying. Our bodies have evolved to heal and adapt to challenges, and symptoms are how our body communicates with us when something is wrong. Rather than covering or ignoring those signs, we must find the underlying cause of disease and address the key pillars of health. Using an individualized treatment plan that fits your needs, we will work together to find the most appropriate strategies to achieve your health goals.
I provide a caring, patient-centered approach to treating:
As a first-generation Filipino-born Canadian, I have been living in Ontario for most of my life. My parents immigrated to Toronto when I was 6, hoping for better opportunities for me and my little sister. Like my parents, I am a dreamer and a believer that good things come to those who do not wait but work hard and continue believing.
While I was in university, I volunteered for a medical outreach initiative providing accessible healthcare to underserviced communities in Nicaragua. It was there that I discovered naturopathic medicine. Shortly after, my mom became sick. I supported her as she saw different doctors and specialists before she worked with a naturopathic doctor who helped her feel better.
These experiences inspired me to ask questions, find my answers, and eventually jumpstart my path to becoming a naturopathic doctor.
It is my mission to empower individuals in their health journeys, offering guidance and support as they discover their best selves. I am committed to delivering the same level of compassionate care that I would want for my own loved ones.
